Monte Picnic Social Club is a small handmade business. Every single item is made from scratch - designing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, packaging and shipping - by myself at the studio in North Melbourne, Australia.
SHIPPING
Most of items are made to order and I try to ship within 1-3 weeks of receiving order.
Items are shipped using registered mail via AU Post. If you wish to ship express, and/or add insurance please contact me before placing your order.
Are you Melbourne local? You can pick up your order from our studio located in North Melbourne. You just enter FREESHIPPING at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International order are shipped by regular airmail. If you prefer to ship express, registered or any other kind of shipping, send me a message before you purchase.
RETURN POLICY
Please make sure to ask any question before finalise your order, especially about size. Custom order is the final. If you are not satisfied with your item when you received, please notify me of your intention to exchange, return or refund items. Exchange or return items must be unworn, unused with tags and return to me within 10 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs and the safe return goods.
